Job Description:
The Appliance Delivery and Installation Specialist at Best Buy Appliance Delivery is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery and installation of a range of large home and small kitchen appliances. Working within a combined delivery and installation team, this role focuses on providing excellent customer service while managing all logistical and technical aspects within a local 100-mile radius.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute appliance deliveries within a 100 mile local radius Perform professional installation of large home and small kitchen appliances Engage directly with customers to address needs and provide installation guidance Assess delivery sites to ensure appliance fit and placement suitability Handle equipment carefully to prevent damage during transport and installation Collaborate effectively with team members during delivery and installation processes Utilize basic hand tools and digital delivery tracking systems for efficient workflow
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months experience in appliance delivery and installation Proven skills in appliance installation and customer service Strong time management and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills Experience driving a 26ft box truck Ability to pass background check, drug test, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening
Preferred Qualifications: Valid driver’s license
