Studmaster Operator

Job Description: This Position is for 2nd Shift 2:45PM - 11:45PM. Machining experience a plus

Skills and Qualifications: Strong math and mechanical skills aptitude Ability and desire to do precision work with a keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Strong customer-focus Able to read, understand, interpret and follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing specifications Ability to adjust to changes without compromising Quality or Performance Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise cooperatively with other departments/functions Must be able to work a shift schedule and mandatory overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays as needed Open-minded to coaching/feedback, learning, training, and development Flexible approach to work, with the ability to multi-task Self-motivated, team-player Attention to detail Physical Demands Must be able to stand for the duration of scheduled shift Moderate physical effort handling parts. Equivalent to frequently exerting average effort. Ability to manually load or unload materials onto or off of pallets, skids, platforms, saws, and trucks. Able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repetitively. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus Manual dexterity using hands, fingers, and arms to push, pull, reach, grab, hold, lift, and hammer Diversified duties requiring constant alertness or activity. Work Environment Manufacturing environment with multi step process production runs on different machines and part types. Noise Level: Moderate to High Temperature variable with season
