About the role
The University of Notre Dame's Department of Philosophy seeks a chairholder for the McMahon-Hank Professor of Philosophy. Fall 2027 start. Rank: Full professor, endowed chair (tenured). AOS: Open. AOC: Open. Teaching load: 2:1 (3 classes per academic year). Duties: teaching, research, and service.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Philosophy or a closely related field required. This appointment is on the tenure track with a competitive salary and Notre Dame's Dual Career Assistance program.
