About the role

As a full-time Digital Experience Management (DEM) Solutions Engineer, the candidate will serve as the technical bridge between the DEM platform and prospective customers, leading technical deep-dives, designing solutions to enhance digital experiences, and managing the technical evaluation process for clients. Key responsibilities: Lead technical deep-dives to assess prospects' digital ecosystems and identify performance issues Architect and design DEM strategies to enhance performance visibility and provide actionable insights Manage the end-to-end technical evaluation process, ensuring successful deployment and configuration of the DEM solution Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant roles, preferably in DEM, APM, or NPM sectors Proven track record of reducing mean time to resolution (MTTR) in complex multi-vendor environments Practical experience with hybrid and cloud architectures, including zero-trust network access and enterprise cloud connections Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience Deep mastery of protocol and packet analysis tools such as Wireshark and tcpdump
