About the role

True Anomaly, Inc. is seeking an operations leader to own day-to-day workplace operations across multiple sites, including office management, culinary, janitorial, and groundskeeping. You will own the full OPEX budget, forecast rigorously, and drive cost-saving initiatives while partnering with Real Estate and Development Planners to set long-term standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure an excellent employee experience, and scale the operations function as the company grows.
