Key Responsibilities:
Perform automotive maintenance services, fluid services, and vehicle inspections Complete brake and suspension repairs Assist with automotive troubleshooting and basic diagnostic work Perform minor automotive repairs appropriate to the C-Level technician role Complete assigned repairs accurately and efficiently Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the repair process Support shop production goals and consistent workflow
Qualifications:
Automotive repair experience appropriate for a developing C-Level Technician Experience with general automotive maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs Experience with brake and suspension work Basic automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills State inspection and emissions licenses highly preferredASE certifications, Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience, and experience with Tekmetric or similar systems are preferred Compensation & Benefits$18–$22/hour Guaranteed hourly pay Medical coverage for the employee Dental and vision coverage availableSIMPLE IRA with 3% employer match Paid holidays and one week of PTO to start Paid training and certifications Weekly team lunches Why Work Here Robert Warrens Automotive LLC operates a seven-bay facility with six lifts and an alignment rack.
