Design the production system that lets us build at rate without losing quality.
You’ll architect manufacturing processes, layout, and flow — standing up lines that scale from prototype to rate production on domestic supply.
A founding-level role for someone who has industrialized complex hardware.
What we look for:
Industrial/manufacturing engineering for complex hardware
Process design, layout, line balancing, and rate ramp
Lean/continuous-improvement fluency
U.S. person status (ITAR/EAR) required
Eligible to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance
Active security clearance preferred
