Job Description: Job Title: Workplace Experience Lead
Location: New York, NYTemp to hire Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm and Friday 9am-5pm
Pay rate: $40- $45/h
Overview:
We seek an exceptional Workplace Experience Lead ready to take our New York office to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering world-class employee experience by creating a happy and productive environment for our team. You will be critical in ensuring our workplace is safe and functional and fosters productivity and collaboration.
Duties:
Maintain regular desk coverage hours Manage PO's and vendor services. Point of contact for staff, building manager, and operational tasks. Daily office management and facilities, IT/AV collaboration, OPEX budgeting and ad-hoc requests to support local office (e.g., onboarding equipment).Lead for NYC office that is responsible for responding to Service Desk tickets and requests submitted by local DRI.Provide administrative and events support that includes coordinating logistics with internal or external partners, ensure office equipment and supplies are available, and set up food and snacks. Maintain a neat and professional appearance/ demeanor, and an organized reception and office Coordinate mail and shipping labels/schedule pickups for employees. Support facilities team in preparing for all office events.line workplace issues through an online ticketing system and communicate status updates Be flexible in taking on other duties required by the Regional Workplace Services Manager. Manage access badges/fobs Report any accidents or injuries to senior management staff immediately Coordinate with Executive Assistants Create and post Digital and Physical Signage Manage Office Space seating assignments
Experience:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar Workplace Experience or Facilities Manager role, with a proven track record of success in managing workplace operations, experience, and facilities. Prior experience creating & executing workplace / employee experience programs. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills English, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and employee support. Ownership and accountability for all workplace-related activities, with a high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude. Proficiency and efficiency across Microsoft Office applications including Share Point, Confluence, Jira, Outlook, Concur, Office space experience preferred Knowledge of lunch and snack program vendors and dashboards Use of Ai tools to automate work function and processes
