Headquartered in San Antonio, TX, our company has been serving customers for more than 30 years.DescriptionThis role involves the efficient and accurate processing of customer deals across all branch divisions, ensuring timely booking and funding. The position requires effective communication with branch coordinators, sales representatives, administrative departments, and finance partners. Monthly reporting and a solid understanding of order processing skills beyond entry level are also key aspects of the role.ResponsibilitiesUtilize Excel for spreadsheet management, workbook creation, pivot tables, and chartingManage email communications, scheduling, and timely follow-upCommunicate effectively with branch coordinators, sales representatives, and finance partnersProcess customer deals with finance partners accurately and efficientlyMeet order processing, booking, and closing deadlinesPrepare and maintain monthly reportsProcess orders in E-Automate and Agent Dealer systemsExperience & SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentProficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and ExcelExperience using E-Automate preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesEducation and CertificationMinimum: High School Diploma or GEDIndustry experience: 5+ yearsPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods of timeAbility to occasionally stand, stoop, bend, and kneelManual dexterity to use hands and fingers to handle and control computer and telephone keyboardsVisual acuity to read printed and electronic documentsAbility to regularly speak clearly so listeners can understandAbility to understand the speech of othersOccasionally lift 1030 poundsNote: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
