In this remote role, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality podcast video content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience. You will play a key role in enhancing the visual and audio quality of our podcast episodes, creating compelling short-form clips for social media, and ensuring each episode is polished, on-brand, and optimized for digital platforms. The ideal candidate has strong video editing skills, a keen eye for storytelling, and experience working with podcast-style or long-form content. Position: Podcast Video Editor
Salary:
PHP 45,000 - PHP 90,000/month Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM; full-time (remote)Holidays: TBDResponsibilities Edit and produce long-form podcast episodes (45–90 mins), ensuring smooth audio-visual integration and engaging pacing. Create short-form vertical cutdowns for Reels, Shorts, Tik Tok, and other social media platforms. Produce and optimize You Tube episodes, including pacing, titles, and light SEO/optimization. Develop occasional trailers and promotional assets to support marketing campaigns. Enhance audio quality through clean syncing, noise reduction, and basic balancing. Add graphics, captions, transitions, and motion effects to create visually appealing content consistent with brand identity. Collaborate with hosts, producers, and marketing teams to meet content goals and deadlines. Maintain organized project files and archives for future edits. Stay up to date with video editing trends, podcast best practices, and platform-specific optimizations.
