About the role

North Wind is seeking a Director of Mission Applications to lead transition, integration, and field deployment of target mission applications across a digital ecosystem. You will bridge R&D and frontline mission execution, guiding software tools, AI/ML analytics, and digital twins across unclassified and classified environments. The role drives product roadmaps, complex program execution, and field trials while partnering with defense clients to accelerate system adoption.
