About the role
We're partnering with a leading organization in the recycling and commodities industry to identify an experienced Non-Ferrous Manager to lead a high-volume operation in Phoenix. This leadership position offers the opportunity to manage a significant operation, lead an established team, drive performance improvements, and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all non-ferrous operations with a strong focus on safety and compliance Manage, develop, and mentor a team of 13-15 employees Oversee inventory levels, accuracy, turnover, and forecasting Establish and track operational KPIs and performance metrics Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity Build relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, consumers, mills, and brokers Support business growth initiatives and operational expansion What We're Looking For 5+ years of non-ferrous recycling experience Strong leadership and people management skills Expertise in identifying, grading, and processing non-ferrous metals Experience managing inventory and operational performance Ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment Why Consider It?
