About the role

Representing institutional mortgage lenders and servicers in bankruptcy matters, the hybrid remote Florida Licensed Associate Attorney will focus on protecting secured-creditor rights in various bankruptcy chapters while providing comprehensive legal strategy and advice to clients. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end legal strategy across bankruptcy cases, including proof of claim and motions for relief from stay Advise clients on complex bankruptcy and servicing issues to ensure compliance and maximize recoveries Attend hearings and mediations throughout the State of Florida, effectively managing a high volume of cases Required qualifications 2-3 years of experience as an Attorney in the Bankruptcy field, with at least 1 year representing creditors in Florida Bankruptcy Courts Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active membership in the Bar Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and a strong ability to utilize technology Ability to analyze case law and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and a motivated self-starter attitude
