About the role
We're hiring for one of the most established HFT prop firms in the US. They're adding a business strategist to the team that grows new trading desks and develops the firm's next generation of talent. This is a business role inside a trading firm. You'll help decide where the firm grows next and how new teams get set up to succeed.
What you'll do:
Analyse the performance of desks and new trading teams, and turn the numbers into clear recommendations Help assess and set up new trading pods, from first conversations to launch Support the firm's talent program for high-potential researchers and traders Work directly with senior leadership on firm-wide projects What they're looking for 2–5 years at a top strategy consulting firm, or in a strategy role in finance or tech Strong numbers skills. You're comfortable with data, and Python or SQL is a plus Clear, structured thinking and the confidence to work with senior traders Genuine interest in trading and markets.
