About the role

Memorial Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a full-time, on-site position in Springfield, IL. The role focuses on evidence-based care for Wellness Center patients, including surgical and non-surgical weight loss and medication management. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, refer to other providers, and contribute to patient advocacy and education. Under physician supervision, you will coordinate department activities and support comprehensive care
