About the role

Echo Electric, a leading distributor of electrical products and a brand owned by Sonepar, invites you to join the STEP program beginning June 2027. The 12-month rotational program develops skills across site and corporate operations, sales strategies, procurement, project management, and E-Commerce. Through hands-on assignments, e-learning, mentor support, and residency trips, you will gain business acumen and have the opportunity to present to the Executive Leadership team on key initiatives.
