Experience & Qualifications: RequirementsMinimum 10+ years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP), including at leasttwo end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementationsin mid-to-high complexity manufacturing environments Bachelor’s degree or equivalent inEngineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or a related field Strong understanding ofdiscrete and/or process manufacturing environments, applying SAP S/4HANA PP best practices and standardized production processes Experience deliveringSAP S/4HANA PP solutions in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environmentsis a strong asset SAP S/4HANA certification preferred (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Production Planning ). Functional Skills RequirementsPartner with business stakeholders tolead on-site end-to-end process workshops, document current- and future-state manufacturing processes, translate business requirements intodetailed functional design specifications, and drive implementation of SAP S/4HANA PP solutions Prepare and executetest scenarios, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and supportuser acceptance testing (UAT)and post-implementation validation Provideend-to-end functional support for SAP S/4HANA PP, resolving business-critical production planning and execution issues within defined SLAs Experience supportingglobal PP templates and large-scale manufacturing rollouts, including localization, change control, and cross-plant process harmonization Deliverpost-go-live (hypercare) supportand drive continuous improvement through production process optimization and solution enhancements Developcomprehensive, role-based training documentationand conduct on-site training sessions to ensure effective adoption of SAP S/4HANA PP by planners, production supervisors, and plant stakeholders Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively withcomplex stakeholders across multiple geographies Technical Skills RequirementsDeep hands-on knowledge ofSAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP), including material masters (MRP views), BOMs, routings/recipes, work centers, production versions, and production orders Strong SAP S/4HANA PP configuration expertise, includingMRP parameters, planning strategies (MTS/MTO), lot sizing, scheduling, capacity planning, and order execution settings Experience withFiori-based production planning and execution, including production order processing, confirmations, goods movements, and shop-floor execution workflows Experience supportinghigh-volume, discrete manufacturing environments, such as body shop, paint shop, assembly lines, robotics, and complex production flows Strong integration knowledge betweenSAP PP and MM(material staging, backflushing, procurement), QM(inspection integration), andFI/CO(production costing and variance analysis) Experience aligningproduction planning with capacity constraints, planned downtime, and operational dependencies LeadSAP S/4HANA PP master data design and governance, covering BOM structures, routings/recipes, work centers, production versions, and planning parameters, ensuring consistency and scalability across plants Work Arrangement RequirementsAbility and willingness totravel up to 60% per month, typically Tuesday–Thursday Ability to work withdistributed global teamsand coordinate delivery across regions and time zones Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment, includingonshore overlap as needed TravelOccasional travel for workshops, reviews, or stakeholder alignment Estimated travel up to 60%, depending on project needs Work AuthorizationMust be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship CompensationCompensation (All-In): $140k-$180k USD Placement within the range depends on role level, experience, location, and overall requirements engineering capability.
