Salary: $225,000 $300,000 Join a growing healthcare organization as an Associate Medical Director Behavioral Health and play a key role in building and leading an integrated behavioral health program. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist who enjoys combining clinical practice with leadership, program development, and provider mentorship. Position Highlights Hybrid work schedule Competitive salary: $225K $300KLeadership and program development opportunity Integrated behavioral health model Direct patient care plus administrative responsibilities Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership for behavioral health services Supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioners and other clinicians Develop evidence-based behavioral health programs and clinical protocols Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams Manage complex psychiatric cases through telehealth, home-based, and facility-based care Lead quality improvement initiatives and support behavioral health integration Qualifications MD or DOBoard Certified in Psychiatry Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Experience treating adults with complex psychiatric and medical conditions Experience with integrated behavioral health, telehealth, or geriatric psychiatry is a plus Active medical license or ability to obtain licensure If you're looking for a rewarding leadership opportunity where you can make a lasting impact on behavioral health services, we'd love to hear from you.
