About the role
Werfen seeks an IP Counsel to provide high-quality IP services across the organization, reporting to the Chief IP Counsel. The role focuses on building patent portfolios, performing FTO analyses, supporting IP due diligence, and coordinating with business teams and outside counsel.
The candidate should manage trademark portfolios, support IP-related agreements, and assist with software licensing matters while staying current with major jurisdictional IP laws.
