Job Description: Data Entry / Shipping & Receiving Clerk – Lebanon, OH
Pay: $18–$20/hr, based on experience
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Lebanon, OHQuickPro Staffing is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a first-shift role with one of our clients in Lebanon, OH. If you also have shipping and receiving experience, the pay is higher.
What you'll do:
- Enter, update and maintain data accurately in the company's systems
- Check records for errors and fix any mistakes
- Process shipping and receiving paperwork, such as packing slips, bills of lading and invoices
- Help receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing ones
- Track inventory and keep records up to date
- Work with warehouse and office staff to keep orders moving
What we're looking for:
- Data entry experience (required)
- Shipping and receiving experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry software
- Good communication and organization skills
- Dependable, with a strong attendance record
Pay details:
$18/hr with data entry experience only$20/hr with data entry and shipping and receiving experience
