About the role
Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Sales Retention Specialist will work remotely from the Western region of the US, providing exceptional customer support, consulting, and retaining clients while managing an inbound phone queue and showcasing the value of Yelp's advertising solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Provide timely customer support to strengthen Yelp's revenue retention
Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers on ad performance metrics
Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skillsRequired qualificationsBachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
Ability to manage tough conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
Access to a hardline high-speed internet connection in the workspace
