Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. On the shop floor, you’ll lead a team of sales associates, coach performance, and drive sales while delivering a world-class customer experience. You’ll champion skincare knowledge, communicate our brand values, manage cash handling and opening/closing, and maintain visuals. A positive, inclusive environment and DEIB mindset are essential to this leadership role.
