About the role

Job Title

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP or enterprise application environments. Hands-on experience supporting SAP implementations, enhancements, or integrations. Strong understanding of business process modeling (e.g., BPMN, value streams).Experience writing functional requirements, user stories, and use cases. Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience specifically with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA functional areas (Finance, MM, SD, HCM, Asset Management, etc.).Exposure to cloud integration patterns, APIs, and event-driven architectures. Experience with SAP CALM/Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. SAP certifications (e.g., SAP BTP, SAP Activate, SAP Integration Suite).Experience in public sector, education and/or large enterprise environments.
