American Custom Metal Fabricating (ACMF) is hiring experienced Welder/Fabricators to join our growing manufacturing team. We build custom and complex metal fabrication projects using Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Mild Steel. Our climate-controlled facility features modern equipment including tube lasers, robotic welding systems, CNC equipment, and large bridge cranes. Candidates will have the opportunity to complete a hands-on weld/fabrication test to demonstrate their skills and experience.
What You'll Do:
  • MIG and TIG weld components and assemblies
  • Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
  • Layout, measure, fit, cut, and prepare materials
  • Work with Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Mild SteelGrind, blend, and finish completed weldments
  • Inspect work for quality and accuracy
  • Safely use hand tools, power tools, cranes, and other fabrication equipment
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area
What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ year of metal fabrication or welding experience
  • Strong MIG and TIG welding skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
  • Experience with Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Mild SteelStrong measuring, layout, fitting, and fabrication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
