Assistant Supervisor Ready to make a real impact in the lives of adolescents and young adults? We're looking for a compassionate, hands-on leader to join our team as an Assistant Supervisor! In this role, you'll be at the heart of our treatment team—building meaningful connections, guiding daily routines, and supporting the development of essential life and social skills. Responsibilities:
Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of participants while supporting their daily routines, personal care, and social-emotional growth. Provide mentoring, promote independent living skills, and build strong therapeutic relationships. Support medication administration and documentation per protocol, including knowledge of controlled substances and drug testing procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment, participating in housekeeping and facility readiness for visits/tours. Assist with training new hires, addressing staff concerns, and supporting treatment plans through collaboration with the clinical team. Manage documentation, behavioral interventions, crisis de-escalation, and transportation logistics as needed.
Qualifications:
A.A. in Psychology/Sociology/Related degree (preferred) OR 2 years experience working with youth Interested in working with young adults 18-25 in a residential capacity Ability and willingness to demonstrate empathy and concern with a high risk populationCA Driver's license and clean driving record Must pass TB test Willing to become CPR/First Aid Certified and get flu shot
