Job Description Fuquay, Inc. is a Texas-based trenchless and site construction company specializing in UV-cured CIPP (cured-in-place pipe) rehabilitation, along with manhole coatings, CCTV inspection, dry and wet utilities, and sediment/erosion control. With operations across New Braunfels, Leander, and Sachse, we run a diverse equipment fleet to support fast-paced fieldwork, and we're looking for a mechanic who takes pride in keeping that fleet running strong.
What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair heavy equipment including backhoes, trenchers, excavators, and air compressors Perform routine and preventive maintenance on work trucks and trailers Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in the field and in the shop Keep accurate maintenance logs and communicate equipment status to project and operations teams Support crews across active jobsites, occasionally requiring travel within our Texas service areas What We're Looking For 2+ years of mechanical experience with heavy equipment (required)High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Ability to diagnose issues independently and work with minimal supervision Comfortable working in an outdoor, active jobsite environment Strong communication skills in English
