About the role

Altamar Physician & Advanced Practice Services, a Stone Harbor Staffing SBU, is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you’ll support the full-cycle recruitment of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for Locum Tenens opportunities—from sourcing and interviewing to placement, onboarding, and ongoing candidate support.🎓 FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!We’re looking for someone who is motivated, proactive, people-oriented, and eager to learn. Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or healthcare is a plus, but we’re also open to candidates who are ready to build their career in recruitment.
What You’ll Do: • Source and engage qualified Physicians and APPs• Conduct candidate interviews and screenings• Match clinicians with appropriate opportunities• Support placement and onboarding activities• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships• Support redeployment and ongoing candidate engagement• Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS• Partner with internal teams to meet staffing goals What You’ll Bring• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Proactive, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset• Strong organizational and time-management skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities• Willingness to learn and grow in the healthcare staffing industry• Recruiting, staffing, sales, or healthcare experience is a plus
