About the role

Our global client is seeking a Product Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join their team! The Product Regulatory Compliance Specialist will manage regulatory compliance activities throughout the product lifecycle. This role will oversee product testing, regulatory tracking, documentation, and compliance systems while partnering cross-functionally to ensure products meet applicable domestic and international requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Manage product testing protocols, compliance requirements, and restricted substance lists. Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party laboratories regarding testing and corrective actions. Monitor compliance results, identify trends, and develop KPI reporting. Review and approve product compliance documentation. Track regulatory requirements and support implementation of new or changing regulations. Manage compliance-related vendors, invoices, claims, and chargebacks. Provide regulatory guidance and support across Product Development, Quality, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in product regulatory compliance, product safety, quality, or laboratory testing. Experience working with third-party testing laboratories and suppliers. Ability to interpret technical regulations and laboratory reports. Strong organizational, project management, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
