Miami Beach | In Office | Monday–Friday 9:30 AM – 5:30 PMWe are a top-performing commercial and residential real estate team based in Miami Beach, specializing in luxury assets and high-level transactions. We are looking for a sharp, highly organized assistant to support our day-to-day operations and help drive deals from initial inquiry through closing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and understands how to balance client communication, marketing coordination, and transaction management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to incoming leads, ensuring timely and professional follow-up
  • Maintain and organize our database, keeping all contacts and deal flow up to date
  • Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing materials and property campaigns
  • Track and manage real estate transactions from start to finish
  • Ensure all contract deadlines, deliverables, and compliance requirements are met
  • Coordinate with clients, attorneys, lenders, and other parties throughout the deal process
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay ahead of deadlines
  • Professional, polished, and client-facing demeanor
  • Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus
  • Active real estate license is a plus You will be working directly with a leading luxury team at a prominent brokerage, gaining exposure to high-level deals, boutique hospitality assets, and some of the most unique properties in the South Florida market.
