About the role
Insight Global is looking for a motivated Commercial Account Executive to drive growth by helping organizations implement cutting-edge security and technology solutions. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to solution design and contract close, while working alongside technical experts and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a direct placement opportunity that will be fully onsite in Charlotte, NC and offers competitive base salary + commission structure!
What You'll Do:
Drive new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building Meet with decision-makers to identify security and technology needs Develop and present customized solutions for commercial clients Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle and consistently exceed sales goals Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Sales Support to ensure successful project delivery Solutions You'll Sell Access Control Video Surveillance & Analytics Intrusion Detection Fire & Life Safety Systems Monitoring Services Network & Data Cabling Business Phone SystemsGPS & Tracking Solutions Integrated Security Technologies
Must Haves:
4-5+ years of commercial security sales experience Proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsA consultative sales approach and passion for helping customers solve problems Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM tools Self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed goals
