About the role

Novax Recruitment Ltd. seeks an On-Site Project Manager / Steel Field Lead to manage large structural steel projects across the United States, including data center work. This hands-on role travels frequently, with most assignments ~12 months, and includes a $220/day per diem, monthly flight home, and mileage expensed. You will act as a key link between the job site and PM team, coordinating erection crews, subcontractors, and other trades while maintaining safety and schedule.
