Who You Are:

Interpret conceptual designs and produce accurate build specs in alignment with Figure 8 brand standards

Assist in material research, specification reviews, and hardware selections for creative installations
Coordinate with external vendors and fabricators to ensure assets meet design intent, budget, and timelines
Track and document production status across multiple projects, escalating issues or proposing adjustments when needed
Be present on‑site for installations when required, acting as a creative point of contact and ensuring visual quality control
Review and confirm proofs, prototypes, and samples to validate specs, finishes, and structural feasibility
Support signage audits, mockups, and pre‑install checklists for new and existing spaces
Participate in cross‑functional meetings to align with creative direction, project timelines, and fabrication needs

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
