About the role

Hudson Public Schools seeks a Director of Humanities for Secondary grades (5–12) to lead instructional excellence and equity across the district. The role reports to the Superintendent of Schools and focuses on literacy, assessment, and professional learning. Start date January 2027, with a 12-month term and comprehensive district benefits. The ideal candidate will hold a master’s (or higher) in education, be DESE-certified, and bring several years of leadership experience, including coaching
