About the role
Providing essential support to Retail Field Teams and internal employees, the part-time hourly Field Support Representative will manage incoming calls, troubleshoot various project-related issues, and document interactions in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and provide solutions for project-related questions, new hire issues, and systems troubleshooting
Collaborate with other agents to enhance customer service and de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied callers
Accurately document calls in a call center database and complete orders for materials related to various projects
Required qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent experience in customer service or call center support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in call center databases preferred
Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability and flexibility
Basic troubleshooting skills for systems and applications
