About the role

Responsibilities: Travel to multiple customers facilities for Technical Support and Installation Supervision on service projects. Request required manpower from Manufacturing and oversee service personnel in the field for all trades, robot programming, controls, inspection, and die tuning. Responsible for the content of all field service reports, expense reports and customer approval at sites. Customer contact and liaison on all service-related job sites. Assist in maintaining accurate files of service reports. Assist in initiating invoicing for all billable hours. Assist in maintaining weekly field service for each job. Maintain weekly roll up reports and monitor budget allotments at sites. Assist in initiating invoicing for all field expense reports. Field site inspections. Reliability and Maintainability data collection. Other duties and projects may be assigned.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of manufacturing and machine build areas, with experience in the automotive field.
Education: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Travel/Holiday Requirements: Travel required for service and installation. Based on the operational needs of the company, you may be required to work holidays and/or company sponsored holidays.
