About the role

Sales Account Manager — Territory Sales Iron World Manufacturing is a growing manufacturer of ornamental iron, aluminum, vinyl, and composite fencing systems; and we're expanding. We're adding territory sales professionals to help us grow market share with contractors, dealers, and distributors across the region. This is a hunter-style outside sales role. You own your territory, you build relationships, and you earn accordingly. Our reps typically manage $4M–$6M in annual revenue with a compensation structure designed to reward that performance. Top performers earn $130,000+.
What You'll Do: Prospect and open new dealer, contractor, and distributor accounts within your protected territory Manage and grow a book of existing accounts through regular in-person visits and relationship building Present quotes, solutions, and product recommendations to construction professionals Maintain a disciplined call schedule, CRM records, and sales pipeline Represent Iron World at trade shows, jobsite meetings, and customer events Work directly with VP of Sales and leadership to execute territory growth strategy What We Offer: Competitive base salary negotiable based on experience Uncapped commission on revenue; the more you grow your territory, the more you earn 4% company-matched 401(k) Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision) Paid vacation and company holidays Car allowance or company vehicle + expense reimbursement Professional sales training and industry education Protected territory ownershipaccounts you develop are yours A company actively investing in growth; this role was created due to expansion Who We're Looking For:2+ years of proven B2B or territory outside sales experience Background in fencing, building materials, construction, or trades a strong plus Self-directed with strong discipline around daily call activity and pipeline management Thrives in face-to-face sales environments and enjoys being in the field Motivated by performance-based earnings and long-term account growth Comfortable with regular territory travel; valid driver's license required
