About the role

Ivy Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to lead a brand-new pediatric therapy clinic in New Jersey. You will open, build, and scale the clinic with Ivy’s systems, while delivering exceptional patient care in PT/OT/SLP and ABA within your licensed discipline. You'll recruit and mentor the team, develop referral partnerships, and collaborate with Ivy Health's real estate, operations, marketing, and finance functions to drive responsible growth and community impact.
