About the role

Nex Gen Contracting, the self-perform arm of Gray Construction, is seeking a Chief Estimator to lead the bid process for concrete projects within the Concrete Division. You will develop detailed estimates for labor, equipment, and materials while coordinating with the Business Unit Leader and Safety/Quality teams. The role requires deep knowledge of concrete processes, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple bids across sites.
