About the role

31st Union is seeking an Expert Character Concept Artist to lead character direction and deliver production-ready designs from thumbnails to turnarounds. You will collaborate with cross-discipline teams to align visuals with narrative and gameplay while mentoring peers and shaping the studio's visual language. You will work autonomously within the project's direction, solving complex design problems and pushing the visual bar across multiple shipped titles.
