About the role

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Total Rewards Business Partner to advise on compensation practices and analyze pay data for internal equity and market competitiveness. The role sits within the Total Rewards Excellence team and supports external hires and internal moves. Hybrid schedule with onsite Tue–Thu and remote Mon–Fri; 6 months contract. You will run audits, maintain TRBP tools, and collaborate with BHR and TA to ensure alignment with company pay practices.
