About the role

Children With Opportunity is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services at our on-site Kansas City area clinics. You will collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs and RBTs, and coach families in evidence-based ABA to support children with ASD. Responsibilities include program oversight, assessments, behavior plans, family training, and supervision of RBTs, with a focus on growth and professional development in a collaborative environment.
