HVAC controls electrician supervisor

Job Description: We are looking for full time "A" players that know this business. This position is hands on HVAC controls installation supervision. You will run the job from start to finish and report to a project manager. This includes planning the work, ordering installation materials, supervising a crew (crew size commensurate with job size), some hands on installation as the job permits/requires, daily production reporting to the office, maintaining as-builts as the jobs progress, coordinating with other trades and our customer, quality inspections of our work, verifying our work is installed per plans, specs, and customers requirements. You must be self motivated and be here to work. You will work independently, you must be organized, and run a motivated, efficient crew. You will not report to an office daily, you will go directly to your job(s). Some people don't like not reporting to the office and being part of that kind of operation, consider that. Company vehicle provided. Must have very good driving record, acceptable criminal background, and pass drug screen (marijuana not an issue while not at work).Pay is based on ability to run an efficient job.
