Senior Analyst - Reporting Enablement

Manage the reporting intake funnel and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions Manage the end-to-end Jira ticket submission process Interface with Indirect Sales & Operations, Finance, Data Science, Go to Market, Legal, Learning & Development, and Indirect Channel Agents Collaborate with Data Science on prioritizing and delivering channel reporting needs Collect and synthesize feedback from HQ and Regional teams to improve reporting tools Manage communications, resources, and project updates for reporting initiatives Process and track reporting-system access requests Create and maintain executive-appropriate presentations communicating reporting enhancement roadmaps Provide ongoing reporting support by answering front-end user questions and troubleshooting issues Partner with appropriate teams to resolve reporting issues Requirements Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience Three or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience Experience in sales, operations, marketing, or business analytics Experience developing executive-level deliverables for VP/SVP level Experience managing large, complex projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders Experience presenting to peers and leadership Proven leadership skills and ability to influence others Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Proactive approach focused on improving the business Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Knowledge of indirect channel sales Experience with multiple reporting systems and tools, including JIRA, Looker, and Tableau PMP and/or MSP certification is an additional qualification Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing complex reporting initiatives and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
