Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full-Time Manufacturing Production Coordinator to join our team in Conroe, TX.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, schedule and track personnel to ensure that resources are available for jobs.·Administer Work Orders and setup quote templates. Determine the needs of department, including material needs, and tooling and equipment needs. Ensure all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met. Create innovative approaches to address challenging opportunities. Maintain/coordinate E-files, including company/customer drawings, Specs, Price Lists etc.·Provide technical support to customers and other employees on equipment specifications and customizations per job. Responsible for communicating and ensuring full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks, QHSE procedures and emergency procedures.
Education/Experience: Minimum of two to five years' experience in a related field preferred High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required. Equivalent combination of experience and/or training. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel a plus Outstanding Benefits:
