Maintain aflexible, part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week .Work in an established outpatient behavioral health setting inHyattsville, Maryland .Your RoleAs a Psychiatrist with Interdynamics, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric services, including: Conducting comprehensive psychiatric andCON evaluations .Evaluating patients and establishing appropriate diagnoses. Developing individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical, emotional, social, cognitive, developmental, and behavioral needs. Providing psychotherapy and medication management, as clinically appropriate. Monitoring treatment response, evaluating medication effectiveness and side effects, and making adjustments when indicated. Consulting and collaborating with patients, families, and members of the treatment team. Providing clinical guidance and contributing to coordinated, patient-centered care. Maintaining accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation. Staying current with developments in psychiatry, behavioral health, and evidence-based treatment through continuing education and professional development.
