Job Summary:
The Account Executive is responsible not only for managing projects and client relationships, but also for serving as a leader and role model for the rest of the team. With experience across all aspects of project management and client relations, they are able to independently manage these tasks to ensure successful campaigns. They also maintain a strong understanding of entertainment marketing trends, enabling them to retain current clients and acquire new ones.
Reports to
VP Account Services
Job Description: Lead projects both externally and internally with occasional supervision.
Create estimates/budgets for each campaign and receive approval from
the VP, Account Services prior to them going to the client.
Take a proactive approach to solving issues as they arise - both internally
and with clients.
Work closely with the Creative Director on creative feedback and review.
Collaborate and communicate with other departments to ensure projects
run smoothly.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Meet yearly revenue goals.
Requirements/Qualifications
Ability to manage projects independently, being mindful of scheduling
and budgeting, while exceeding client expectations.
Minimum 2 years experience as a Sr. Project Manager or similar in an
Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational, and time
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with tight deadlines.
Ability to write copy as needed, such as taglines and pitch deck presentations.
Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of accountability.
