This isn't a general sales job. It's a career in luxury residential technology. ESC designs and installs sophisticated technology systems for luxury homes and custom builds across Colorado — lighting control, motorized shading, high-performance AV, home automation, networking, and security. Our clients expect exceptional design and discretion, and we're looking for a sales professional who understands that world.
What you'll do: Develop new luxury AV/integration opportunities and manage them from first conversation to signed agreement Build relationships with homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers Walk job sites, review plans, and help shape system scopes with our design team Present technology solutions clearly — without overwhelming clients Grow a pipeline through consistent follow-up and referral business
What you bring: Experience selling residential AV, automation, lighting control, or shading systems Comfort working in luxury/high-end residential environments Strong client discovery, presentation, and follow-through skills Ability to read architectural/construction plans and build proposalsA professional presence suited to high-end clientele Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience with Control 4, Lutron, Ubiquiti, Sonos, Josh.ai, or D-Tools is a strong plus.
