As a Healthcare Talent Consultant, you’ll develop relationships with organizations, understand their hiring needs, identify and evaluate talent, and manage the recruiting process from client development through placement. You may be a fit if you: Have professional or leadership experience within healthcare Understand healthcare operations, people, and business challenges Build relationships easily and communicate confidently Are willing to proactively develop clients and professional networks Are self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable being accountable for results Want more independence and control over your earning potential Previous recruiting experience is not required. Goodwin provides training, technology, recruiting tools, systems, resources, and ongoing support while you build your practice. This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation. It requires a full-time commitment and the financial readiness to ramp a new business.
