Web Order Processor$21.00 - $24.00/hour - annual performance & salary reviews Excellent Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance - Day 1 of Employment 401k with Match Generous Paid Time Off - Holidays, Personal & Vacation Full-time - 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Responsibilities Enter and process web orders for all branch locations in a timely and accurate manner. Review orders carefully for customer notes, special instructions, shipping requirements, quantities, pricing, and product information. Monitor backorders and product availability and communicate updates to customers in a timely and professional manner. Work with Purchasing to communicate product demand and recommend items that should be stocked or discontinued based on web order activity. Research and resolve cost, pricing, product, and order discrepancies to ensure accurate processing. Monitor and follow up on open orders, coordinating with Purchasing, Warehouse, Customer Service, and other departments to resolve issues and keep orders moving. Provide backup support to Warehouse operations as needed and assist with order fulfillment priorities. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required to support department and business needs.
Requirements:
3+ years of office/administrative experience.
Ability to quickly and efficiently organize, track and follow up on numerous details and projects.
Must possess strong attention to detail.
Ability to interact professionally and tactfully with internal and external customers. Strong presentation skills.
Ability to invenstigate through research and conversation and resolve problems or questions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong computer knowledge.
