MEMBERS ONLY is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Cincinnati, OH to lead daily operations and about 25+ production staff. You’ll drive safety, quality, and efficiency while coaching teams and solving problems in a fast-paced bakery environment. Key responsibilities include promoting safety culture, ensuring GMP compliance, and partnering with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Safety teams to continuously improve delivery and cost metrics.
